Check the date – give us a call as soon as you get your date booked – its never too soon to get your name in the diary. A deposit secures your booking.
– Take time to really research wedding flowers before you have your consultation. Gathering photos on Pinterest etc can help you form a better understanding of what you really want.
Choose your dresses – The colour and style of your dress as well as the maids will play a part in your choice of florals so its best to have those chosen before making an appointment. Try to bring samples or photos to your consultation.
Make your appointment– you are now ready to discuss all aspects of your flowers! Try to come with a budget in mind that you feel comfortable with – this will help guide the appointment as we can suggest the designs that will give you best value for money. If you are on a tight budget try to focus on a few statement items rather than lots of little bits and bobs. These larger pieces will give impact and bring your personality and style to the venue.
During this meeting we will think about making the best use of your florals. Quite often you can reuse your venue flowers at your reception so think about both venues when deciding on your floral décor. Remember things like arches can be taken apart and used as a long top table design for a different look.
Itemised costing – after your consultation we will write up an overview of all we discussed along with an itemised costing. This gives you a clear understanding of what to expect!
Follow up chat – as the wedding day gets closer we will follow up our conversation to finalise details such as table numbers, delivery details and timetable for the big day!
The big day! – we will be there to deliver your dream wedding flowers to you, your partner, the venue and then transfer any of the flowers to your reception. We only do one wedding per day so we are all yours!
